"Hello Booking reference is TC43C1D5D08B4. I have no good news for you. Your driver didn’t arrive today. Booking was confirmed. I wait over an hour, make more than two calls, but the Taxi didn’t arrive. Because of the very hot day in London I was not possible to get a Taxi in time and I must cancel my flight. I would not pay this shuttle. Please transfer back the money. Otherwise I must contact my Lawyer. Thanks in advance Alexander Lang "
