"Driver phoned ten minutes before arrival time (actually as we were getting off of the train). Driver could not tell us where he was waiting and told us to walk to the taxi rank at Euston, which we did. After three phone conversations with the driver and waiting 25 minutes we had to get a different taxi, as he couldn't be found, nor could be tell us what street he was on, for some reason trying to give us a postcode instead. I'd like a refund. "

"A puncture prevented the driver from being able to pick up, a replacement was not able to arrive in time - this is no ones fault and I was able to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. However, having advised of this issue I was charged and although I was advised that Taxicode was advised of this problem I am still waiting for a refund a month after the event. I am hoping this is resolved quickly."

"Shuttle did not show and when we called they said that they didn’t know what I was talking about. Very rude and would not let my husband speak. Tried to give confirmation but they hung up. We called again and they sent a Prius for 8 bags of luggage and 4 adults. Needless to say it didn’t fit and we stated that we had rented the 7 passenger van. The driver said that they would send o e but after waiting, we called again and they said they had no 7 passenger van and we did not have a reservation refusing again to take the confirmation number. This was prepaid via PayPal and I was able to get my money back. Ended up having to use two taxis to get us to the hotel. Would never use them again ever!"

Faiz Said picked us up early at our hotel in London for a trip to the Southampton cruise terminal; the vehicle was in beautiful condition; he had waters for us in the rear; he helped load our luggage; and he was an excellent driver. I couldn’t recommend him or Taxicode more highly."
