"Driver was early, communicated well with us, and got us as close as possible, on time. On the return, he was very patient when our event overran and again communicated well with us. The vehicle was excellent (and smelled wonderful!), although I had expected a larger one. I specifically booked a 7 seater to aid with boarding and received a 6 seater which was a little awkward to get in and out of."
