I was very pleased that the driver hung around and waited for us all that time. We arrived in the early hours of the morning with a two year old, so we would have had a lot of trouble getting home if the driver had left. The driver was very patient and friendly after waiting for us so long.
My only complaint was that I requested a car seat for my two year old and this was not supplied. The driver explained that this had not been communicated to him by the agent we initially booked with so was not the fault of his company. "
